Your Role: As a Block Manager with Armstrong Knight, you'll be the first point of contact for our clients, ensuring their needs are met with efficiency and professionalism. Your responsibilities will include:
- Resolving day-to-day client issues quickly and effectively, with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Conducting site inspections and overseeing contractors' work, ensuring compliance with Health & Safety regulations.
- Assisting in the preparation and distribution of service charge budgets, with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Collaborating with the internal accounts team, to ensure seamless communication and efficient workflow.
- Managing Section 20 works, with a focus on timely completion and client satisfaction.
- Attending residents' meetings and AGMs, to ensure open communication and transparency.
