Wellbeing Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Wellbeing Coordinator to join our team at Service Care Solutions. The successful candidate will be responsible for training prisoners to provide support and care to their peers in a prison setting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Train prisoners to National Care Standards, adapted for use in prison, to support individuals with health and social care needs.
- Develop and maintain a high standard of training to ensure Buddies are equipped to provide excellent care and support.
- Work closely with the prison team to ensure the effective implementation of the Buddy Programme.
- Monitor and evaluate the programme's impact and make recommendations for improvement.
Requirements:
- Experience in health and social care, preferably in a prison setting.
- Strong training and facilitation skills, with the ability to adapt to different learning styles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with prisoners and prison staff.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a high level of flexibility and adaptability.
