Role Overview

The Wellbeing Activities Assistant will play a pivotal role in designing and implementing a diverse range of meaningful leisure and therapeutic activities tailored to enhance the emotional, mental, and physical wellbeing of our residents. You will ensure that our residents are central to all events and programs, fostering an environment that promotes their overall wellbeing.

Your responsibilities will include advocating for and safeguarding the welfare of the individuals in your care, while continuously seeking innovative ways to improve our services and sharing your insights with the broader team.

Candidate Profile

We are looking for exceptional individuals who possess a positive, enthusiastic, and proactive approach. Ideal candidates will be dedicated to delivering outstanding care and support to our valued residents.

Team collaboration, professionalism, and respect for all individuals are essential qualities we seek. Previous experience in a care setting is advantageous.
