About the Role

Sue Prince Resourcing is seeking a highly skilled Revenue Manager to join our team at an exclusive high-profile company. As a Revenue Manager, you will be responsible for managing the accommodation revenue for the property, which includes 184 bedrooms, a restaurant, a bar, and a large meeting space.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage bedroom revenue from room bookings, apartments, and groups
  • Assist in analyzing pricing data, market trends, competitor pricing, and other relevant factors
  • Maximize all sales opportunities while making sound commercial decisions
  • Work closely with Reservations, Sales, Marketing teams, and other departments to achieve revenue goals
  • Set room strategy with the Revenue Director/General Manager and create outputs that drive performance, short, medium, and long-term
  • Be computer literate and proficient in using systems such as Ideas, Mews, and Profit Room

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a similar size property or smaller, looking for a new challenge
  • Excellent commercial acumen and awareness
  • Good management, leadership, and communication skills
  • Great organizational, planning, numerical, and analytical abilities
  • New and innovative ideas
  • Agility to respond to different work situations
  • Passion for the role
