CNH Industrial is seeking a highly motivated and organized Channel Marketing Intern to support the AG Sales & Marketing team in driving sustainable sales, margin, and market share growth in the UK & ROI markets for Genuine CNHi Parts.
Key Responsibilities- Support the management of a parts portfolio across a range of products covered by two agricultural brands (Case IH and New Holland).
- Develop and execute quarterly campaigns, digital campaigns, loyalty programs, channel animation, and product communication strategy for the Sell Out channel.
- Collaborate with the communication team to maintain platforms and tools providing product information to customers and end-customers to promote brand and product awareness.
- Manage the deployment of outgoing Sell Out campaign communications to internal and external distribution lists.
- Assist with the delivery of Sell Out events at dealership locations, with occasional travel within the UK required.
- Supervise day-to-day channel activities via Power BI dashboard reporting and support the dealer network in using the platform and managing product/channel queries from the market.
- Support the Sell Out specialist in adapting and improving the channel strategy at a local level.
- Drive online ecommerce sales within dealerships, working closely with the Sell Out specialist and PSMs.
- Run main KPI sales reports (dealer performance, quotes, sales by dealer, abandoned carts, registrations, etc.)
- Own and work on the Ecommerce newsletter with the Sell Out specialist to ensure accurate content and timely delivery to the dealer network.
- Undergraduate degree in Ecommerce, Marketing, or Business Administration, or 3 years equivalent working experience in the agricultural sector or Field B2B Ecommerce channel marketing environment.
- Solutions-oriented person with a good degree of autonomy and analytical mindset.
- Ability to summarize sales data, identify trends, and make informed decisions.
- Basic creative skills to create flyers and bulletins within brand guidelines using Microsoft and Adobe tools.
- Good proofreading and copywriting skills.
- Organized and structured, with the ability to manage workload and prioritize tasks.
- Motivated by a challenge with a can-do attitude.
- Great communicator with a strong team ethic.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel working knowledge is mandatory.
- Fluency in English, both written and oral, is mandatory.
