We are seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our client, the NHS Blood and Transplant, as a Recruitment Administration Assistant. This is a temporary position, subject to further extension.
About the Role:
- Location: NHSBT - Barnsley Blood Centre (remote work options available)
- Hours: Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm
- Pay: £11.44 per hour
Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the recruitment team
- Manage and maintain accurate records and databases
- Coordinate and schedule interviews and assessments
- Develop and implement effective administrative processes
Requirements:
- Proven experience in an administrative role
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other administrative software
