Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sous Chef to join our team at Platinum Recruitment Consultancy. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for assisting the Executive Chef in the preparation and presentation of high-quality dishes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Executive Chef in menu planning, food preparation, and presentation.
  • Supervise and coordinate kitchen staff to ensure efficient and effective food service.
  • Monitor and maintain high standards of kitchen hygiene and safety.
  • Develop and implement new recipes and menu items to enhance the dining experience.
  • Collaborate with the Executive Chef to achieve business objectives and improve operational efficiency.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a Sous Chef in a high-volume kitchen.
  • Proven track record of success in menu planning, food preparation, and presentation.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation procedures.
