Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as an Anaesthetics Patient Pathway Coordinator. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, where you will be responsible for coordinating outpatient anaesthetic review clinics.

Main Responsibilities
  • Liaise directly with Consultant Anaesthetists and other stakeholders to ensure seamless coordination of clinics.
  • Manage administrative tasks from referral to discharge, ensuring timely and efficient processing of patient information.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to queries and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Work effectively as part of a team, prioritizing and managing workload to meet service needs.
  • Participate in regular cross-site working to ensure consistency and quality of service across all sites.

Key Requirements
