Position Overview

As a vital member of our Night Team, the Overnight Security and Administration Specialist will ensure the safety and well-being of our guests during nighttime hours. This role involves a blend of security oversight and administrative support, making it essential for maintaining a welcoming environment.

Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will:
  • Conduct regular patrols to ensure the safety and security of the premises.
  • Monitor CCTV systems and respond to any incidents, liaising with the on-call duty manager as necessary.
  • Provide porter and housekeeping services, including event setup and maintaining cleanliness.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to all guests, assisting with inquiries and bookings.
  • Support the Day Team as needed and manage guest feedback effectively.
  • Oversee the efficient distribution of deliveries and mail.
  • Assist guests with orientation within the facility.

Qualifications

To be successful in this position, candidates should possess:
  • A valid Security Industry Authority Badge.
  • Strong customer service and administrative skills.
  • Excellent communication abilities, both verbal and written.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and database management.
  • GCSEs in English Language and Mathematics (Grade 4 / C).
