Position Overview
The primary aim of this role is to contribute effectively as a member of the team, dedicated to delivering exceptional administrative support within the mental health services of the Trust.
This position involves sharing acquired best practices with colleagues to enhance administrative functions as the department evolves, ensuring responsiveness to the changing requirements of the service.
Main Responsibilities
The department operates primarily during standard business hours, with shifts scheduled throughout the week, including some weekend duties and varied shift patterns as necessitated by service demands. Additional compensation will be provided for hours worked on weekends and public holidays.
Strong communication skills are essential, as the role involves interaction within the team and supporting service delivery at various levels. Candidates should demonstrate flexibility and the ability to work independently.
A current certification in food hygiene is required, or the willingness to pursue this qualification. Previous experience in a catering or administrative capacity is crucial for this position.
This is a permanent employment opportunity.
Proficiency in Welsh is preferred for this role; however, applications from both Welsh and English speakers are encouraged.
