Performance Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled Performance Analyst - Content Specialist to join our team at Thevideoanalyst. As a key member of our performance analysis department, you will be responsible for collecting, interpreting, and presenting technical analysis/performance data for our Academy Players in the PDP Phase.
Key Responsibilities:- Ensure all age group games are filmed and coded, and all games are uploaded to Hudl as soon as possible after the fixture is completed and shared with the team and coaching staff.
- Work closely with the age group coaches in creating 'Team' content that supports the delivery of de-brief meetings to the players.
- Keep up to speed with technical developments within the discipline of performance analysis and help ensure the department workflows are at the forefront of technology.
- Ensure all content produced follows the department guidelines on format, quality, and presentation.
- Help where necessary in recording and collating training and match footage in line with EPPP regulations.
- Ensure game understanding is constantly evolving by undertaking coaching courses and any other relevant qualifications when appropriate.
- A degree (or equivalent) in a sports science related field.
- Coaching or teaching qualifications.
- Detailed knowledge of the technical and tactical aspects of football and youth football game.
- Effective teaching and communication skills.
- Ability to build good working relationships at all levels.
- High level of computer competency, proficient in the use of various analysis software & programmes including Hudl SportsCode, Hudl Studio, Hudl Insight, iMovie, Tableau, Coach Paint & ability to read data and statistics (Statsbomb, Instat, Wyscout) and use it in its most effective form to present back (Keynote, Canva, Excel) to players & coaching staff.
