About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Neighbourhood Team Leader to join our team at Fairhive. As a key member of our organisation, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality neighbourhood management services to our customers.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in neighbourhood management, with experience of leading and managing a team. You will be responsible for developing and implementing policies and procedures, as well as providing leadership and direction to the Neighbourhood Management Team.

You will also be responsible for investigating complaints and ensuring that our services meet the needs and satisfaction of our customers. Additionally, you will develop and lead initiatives that enable effective collaborative working partnerships with other internal teams and external agencies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage the delivery of a comprehensive and responsive neighbourhood management service
  • Ensure tenancies are supported and sustained, and that tenancy conditions are effectively enforced
  • Investigate complaints and ensure that our services meet the needs and satisfaction of our customers
  • Develop and lead initiatives that enable effective collaborative working partnerships
  • Provide leadership and direction to the Neighbourhood Management Team
Requirements
  • Relevant professional qualification or equivalent experience in neighbourhood management
  • Direct experience of leading and managing a team, including ASB
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organisational, time management, administrative and prioritisation skills
  • Good IT skills
  • Commitment to the promotion of equality and diversity in service delivery
