Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage neighbourhood teams to achieve our goals and objectives
- Develop and implement effective strategies to improve our services and operations
- Collaborate with our teams to identify and address community needs
- Provide coaching and guidance to team members to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed
Requirements:
- Proven leadership and management experience in a similar role
