About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Neighbourhood Team Leader. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading and managing the delivery of our neighbourhood management and anti-social behaviour (ASB) services.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Leading the development and implementation of policies and procedures to ensure effective and efficient service delivery
  • Managing a team of housing services staff to ensure high levels of customer service and satisfaction
  • Investigating complaints and ensuring that services meet the needs and satisfaction of customers
  • Developing and leading initiatives to improve collaborative working partnerships with internal and external agencies
  • Supporting the Housing Services Manager to ensure service delivery within agreed budgets

About You

We are looking for someone who is passionate about delivering excellent customer service and has a strong understanding of neighbourhood management and ASB legislation. You will have a degree or relevant professional qualification, and direct experience of leading and managing a team.

You will also have strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively apply your experience and knowledge to improve customer service and service delivery.
