About the Role

We're seeking a highly skilled Customer Solutions Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our Customer Success Team, you will collaborate with our experts to empower advanced users of the Acre platform to unlock its full potential.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop in-depth knowledge of the Acre Platform, Data Model, and API to provide expert guidance to customers and internal teams.
  • Provide business and technical assistance, including process best practices, code development, and custom integration support.
  • Work closely with stakeholders across Product, Engineering, Design, Customer Success, Sales, and Senior Management to understand business needs and priorities.
  • Be the Product Expert and Specialist on the core Acre platform, discussing advanced features with various stakeholders.
  • Understand, map, and adapt customer business processes onto the Acre platform.
  • Promote best practice with Acre users.
  • Advise and guide Sales and Account Management teams on meeting customers' needs efficiently and effectively.
  • Create prototype and starter application code to bootstrap customer integrations.
  • Support customer-facing teams in enhancing their understanding of the Acre platform and best practice.
  • Develop customer documentation, training, and enablement content for the Acre API and Enterprise Reporting functionalities.
About You

We're looking for a highly motivated and experienced individual with a strong background in software engineering. You will have the ability to adapt to an ever-changing workload and possess natural confidence with data analysis and manipulation.

You will also have a desire to learn and demonstrate sales and relationship management best practice, as well as enjoy building and maintaining relationships with clients and other business partners.
