Key Responsibilities of the Administration Officer

In this role, you will deliver comprehensive administrative assistance to senior executives, including the VP, CTO, and Head of Residential. This position is primarily office-based, with occasional travel to support various meetings and engagements.

Your responsibilities will include:

Reporting directly to the Residential VP, managing their calendar, scheduling both internal and external meetings, and overseeing email correspondence with efficiency. Handling sensitive information with the utmost confidentiality and professionalism. Performing general administrative tasks to support business operations and the residential division, such as coordinating meeting spaces and organizing team activities. Preparing, formatting, and reviewing management presentations for both internal and external stakeholders, along with managing monthly reporting responsibilities. Collaborating with the central CE team to promote best practices within the residential division.

Required Skills and Experience

We are seeking candidates who:

Have a background in office administration or similar roles, preferably in a fast-paced corporate setting. Possess a Business Administration qualification or equivalent experience, along with strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and administrative functions.
