Our Mortgage Administrators play a vital part in our lending journey, providing accurate and timely administrative support to our customers. This role is responsible for processing loan details, preparing documentation, and dealing with customer enquiries. You will also be responsible for ensuring paperwork is processed accurately and efficiently, with a high level of attention to detail in a customer-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process loan applications and supporting documentation
  • Prepare and send loan offers and other correspondence to customers
  • Deal with customer enquiries and resolve any issues that may arise
  • Ensure accurate and efficient processing of loan paperwork
  • Work closely with other teams to ensure seamless customer service
