Job Title: Residential Lettings Assistant

We are seeking an experienced Residential Lettings Assistant to join our team at AMR - Specialist Property Recruiters. As a key member of our Lettings team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our Lettings Accounts team, ensuring the smooth running of our property management operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage client accounts and process payments
  • Provide excellent customer service to landlords and tenants
  • Financial Administration, including reconciling payments and managing arrears
  • Monitor rent payments and manage maintenance invoices
  • Collect property information and create invoices
  • Split and allocate deposit payments on required systems
  • Handle enquiries from landlords and tenants, resolving disputes or issues promptly and professionally
  • Send landlord owner statements and payment advice statements
  • Negotiate changes in rent due dates with tenants and landlords
Requirements:
  • Minimum of GCSE's (or equivalent) in Maths and English
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in work
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Problem-solving mindset and willingness to learn
  • Customer-focused with a commitment to delivering exceptional service
  • Professional and proactive approach to work
