Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Branch Manager & Valuer/Lister to join our team at Career Studio. As a key member of our residential sales and lettings team, you will be responsible for managing our busy head office and leading our team of valuers and listers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and motivate a team of valuers and listers to achieve sales and lettings targets
  • Conduct property valuations and listings, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail
  • Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to promote properties for sale and let
  • Monitor and chase sales contracts through to completion, ensuring timely and efficient processing
  • Generate new business leads and proactively identify opportunities for growth and expansion
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant property legislation, including NAEA, Anti Money Laundering, and GDPR

Requirements:
  • Minimum of 3 years experience in residential estate agency
  • Strong business and financial acumen, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Fully computer literate, with proficiency in Word and Excel
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on results and customer satisfaction
