Daily Rate: £550

Tate is seeking a seasoned Head of People specialist to join their team in Brighton for a period of 6-9 months. This is an exciting opportunity to develop and shape a new team in the People Directorate.

The successful candidate will work 35 hours per week, with hybrid working encouraged. They will be required to deputise for the Director of People and Culture and lead a strategic HR business partnering team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Developing people strategies to drive business success
  • Building relationships with leaders, managers, and stakeholders to deliver an excellent customer experience
  • Deputising for the Director of People and Culture and leading a strategic HR business partnering team
