We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our team as a Recovery Support Worker in our Mental Health supported accommodation service in Hinckley, Leicestershire.
Key Responsibilities- Provide support to individuals with mental health needs in a community, residential, or inpatient setting
- Utilize a person-centred recovery approach to facilitate positive outcomes and empower service users
- Collaborate with support circles to develop and implement personalized plans, promoting happiness, health, and success
- Establish and work towards meaningful goals with service users, fostering a sense of achievement and aspiration
- A full-time position with 37.5 hours per week
- Full training and the opportunity to work towards a QCF Diploma in Health and Social Care
