About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the smooth operation of our hotel during the night shift, ensuring that all guests receive exceptional service and that our high standards are maintained.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the night shift team, providing guidance and support as needed
  • Ensure that all guest rooms are clean and well-maintained
  • Monitor and control hotel security, including access control and CCTV systems
  • Respond to guest complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations

Requirements
