Are you interested in a role that involves assisting individuals facing mental health challenges to remain integrated within their communities? We are currently seeking candidates for two positions: one full-time role within the Central Manchester Team and another part-time position in South Manchester.

These positions are vital within our dynamic teams. You will be employed by Manchester Mind while collaborating closely with the team.

Position: Recovery and Support Specialist

Location: Central West Team in Hulme

Hours: 37 hours per week

Salary: £23,765 p.a.

Holiday: 28 days per year + bank holidays

And

Position: Recovery and Support Specialist

Location: South Team based in Withington/West Didsbury

Hours: 18.5 hours per week

Salary: £23,765 p.a. (pro rata £11,882.50 actual)

Holiday: 28 days per year + bank holidays (pro rata)

Supporting individuals on their path to recovery is a fundamental aspect of this role. We are in search of creative and innovative individuals who possess exceptional engagement skills and a positive, collaborative mindset.

Successful candidates will be team-oriented yet capable of taking initiative when necessary. Experience working with individuals with mental health needs is essential, and familiarity with mental health services will be advantageous.

Applicants should demonstrate their ability to maintain a constructive approach in providing recovery-focused support to service users, along with the capacity to instill hope in them consistently.
