HR Administrative Assistant

McKinlay Law is seeking an experienced HR Administrative Assistant to provide administrative support to the HR team in London. The successful candidate will be responsible for a wide range of tasks, including diary management, monitoring compliance, and preparing documents.
Key Responsibilities:
- Diary Management: Schedule meetings and appointments, book travel, and manage the team's diaries.
- Compliance Monitoring: Monitor and report on compliance to remote working and other Firm policies, escalating any issues to the Director of Administration as necessary.
- Document Preparation: Prepare and modify documents, including correspondence, policies, reports, drafts, memoranda, and emails.
- Benefits Administration: Work with the Director of Benefits and the benefits team to act as the point of contact for London employee benefit queries.
- Team Support: Assist with coordinating team rotas, dealing with last-minute absences, and providing support to the managerial team.
Requirements:
- HR Experience: Must have HR experience from another corporate/office environment.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills and razor-sharp attention to detail.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to apply good judgment in decision-making.
