About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Food Service Team Lead to join our team at Aramark. As a key member of our front-of-house team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our food service area, ensuring exceptional customer service and a seamless dining experience for our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of support staff, providing guidance and training to ensure excellent customer service and high-quality food preparation.
  • Coordinate and control the kitchen and dining area operations, ensuring efficient service delivery and maintaining a clean and safe environment.
  • Receive and resolve customer complaints in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Prepare and serve food and beverages to customers, maintaining high standards of presentation and quality.
  • Compile and manage staff time sheets and working records, ensuring accurate payment and compliance with company policies.
  • Run shifts and train staff on new procedures and protocols, ensuring a smooth and efficient service delivery.
  • Organize and conduct regular stock counts and brand standard audits, maintaining high standards of quality and compliance.
  • Identify and support team members who demonstrate potential for career growth and development within Aramark.
  • Champion excellent customer service and promote a positive and inclusive team culture.
Requirements
  • At least 1 year of experience in a similar role, preferably in a fast-paced food service environment.
  • Food safety and health and safety certifications.
  • Minimum 1 year of management experience, with a proven track record of leading and developing teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
