About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Food Service Team Lead to join our team at Aramark. As a key member of our front-of-house team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our food service area, ensuring exceptional customer service and a seamless dining experience for our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of support staff to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.
  • Oversee the preparation and presentation of food and beverages, ensuring high standards of quality and presentation.
  • Manage customer complaints and feedback, ensuring prompt and effective resolution.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve business objectives and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Conduct regular stock counts and maintain accurate records.
  • Identify and develop opportunities for team members to grow and develop their careers within Aramark.
Requirements
  • At least 1 year of experience in a similar role, preferably in the food service industry.
  • Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service and leading high-performing teams.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and clients.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Basic knowledge of food safety and health and safety procedures.
