Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Design Management Team Lead to join our team in the Powertrain department. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for leading the mechanical design and development of Battery for EV.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Design Leadership: Lead the design and development of Battery for EV, ensuring that all designs meet the required specifications and standards.
  2. Team Management: Manage and mentor a team of engineers to ensure that they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
  3. Project Management: Oversee the entire project lifecycle, from concept to delivery, ensuring that all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  4. Design Review: Conduct regular design reviews to ensure that all designs meet the required specifications and standards.
  5. Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, manufacturing, and quality assurance, to ensure that all designs meet the required specifications and standards.
Requirements:
  1. Strong Technical Knowledge: Strong knowledge and experience in the use of high-level CAD packages, such as Catia or NX.
  2. Design Experience: Experience in the application of the Design Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (DFMEA) process.
  3. Project Management: Full project lifecycle experience and a background of designing batteries.
