Job Title:

Battery Design Team Lead/Leader

Job Summary:

We are seeking a hands-on team lead to manage the mechanical/battery design and development within the Powertrain department.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Lead the mechanical design and development of Battery for EV.
  2. Approve Statements of Work, Interface Agreements and Collaboration Management Plans for outsourced packages of work.
  3. Check and approve design evidence and ensure that it is recorded for use in design reviews.
  4. Serve as a subject matter expert and design authority on a major engineering system(s) or engineering development process/technique.
Requirements:
  1. Strong knowledge and experience in the use of a high-level CAD package (Catia / NX).
  2. Experience in the application of the Design Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (DFMEA) process.
  3. Full project lifecycle and a background of designing batteries.
