About the Role:

We are seeking a talented Marketing Manager to join our dynamic team at Jackson Rose Recruitment Solutions | Marketing, PR & Comms Recruitment. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and executing innovative marketing strategies to drive business growth and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing plan to increase brand awareness and drive website traffic
  2. Manage and optimize our CRM system to track customer interactions and sales opportunities
  3. Create engaging content for digital platforms, including social media, email marketing, and website development
  4. Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and industry influencers
  5. Analyze marketing performance data to inform future marketing strategies and optimize campaign effectiveness

Requirements:

  1. Proven track record in marketing strategy and execution, with a focus on digital marketing and CRM management
  2. Excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
  3. Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and inform marketing decisions
  4. Passion for staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in marketing and data science

What We Offer:

  1. Competitive salary range: £40,000 - £50,000 per annum
  2. Full-time position: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday
