Ciphr, a leading provider of integrated HR, payroll, learning, and recruitment solutions, is seeking an experienced CRM Support Specialist to join our team.

About the Role

We are looking for a skilled professional to provide technical support and expertise in the use of HubSpot and Microsoft Dynamics CRM systems. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation, maintenance, and enhancement of CRM systems, providing first and second-line support, and contributing to continuous improvements of CRM processes and functionalities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support and expertise in HubSpot and Microsoft Dynamics CRM systems.
  • Ensure the smooth operation, maintenance, and enhancement of CRM systems.
  • Provide first and second-line support for HubSpot, Microsoft Dynamics CRM, and wider CRM systems and integrations.
  • Assist in the configuration, customization, and integration of HubSpot and Microsoft Dynamics, plus wider CRM related systems and integrations.
  • Develop and maintain documentation for CRM processes, procedures, and troubleshooting guides.
  • Conduct user training sessions and create training materials to enhance user adoption and proficiency.
  • Monitor system performance, ensuring high availability and optimal functionality of the CRM systems.
  • Assist with wider IT system implementations and support where required.

Requirements

  • Strong understanding of CRM concepts and experience with HubSpot and Microsoft Dynamics CRM systems, and related integrations.
  • Proficiency in CRM configuration, customization, and integration.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery.
  • Experience in user training and documentation creation.
