Key Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service and support to clients in Edinburgh and surrounding areas.
- Conduct field-based activities, including surveys and data collection, to drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery of services.
- Work collaboratively with internal teams to achieve business objectives and improve processes.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve service delivery.
Requirements:
- Valid UK driving license and access to a reliable vehicle.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with minimal supervision.
- Proficient in the use of laptops and smartphones to receive, view, and input information.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Willingness to complete a DBS check and obtain business car insurance.
Benefits:
- Competitive hourly rate of £12.40.
