Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate MOTs, services, and repair work for customers
- Advise customers on warranty cover and recommend additional parts/accessories
- Liaise with the Aftersales department to schedule appointments
- Manage high-volume customer interactions and online booking queries
- Communicate turnaround times and ensure effective customer communication
- Maintain accurate customer records and update systems
Requirements
As a Service Advisor at Audi Edinburgh, you will have excellent communication skills, a warm personality, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences. Previous experience with Kerridge/ADP and knowledge of dealer systems are advantageous. You will be a great team player with the ability to work independently and use your initiative.
