Job SummaryWe are seeking a skilled Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) Advisor to join our team in Cardiff, Wales. As a pivotal member of our organization, you will ensure compliance with local and international regulations, implement robust health and safety measures, and foster a safety-centric culture.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct regular inspections, audits, and risk assessments to identify hazards.
- Provide expert guidance on EHS matters and promote a safety culture.
- Monitor EHS performance metrics and report to management.
- Participate in EHS committees and engage with regulatory agencies.
- UK based EHS professional with hands-on experience in CDM, RAMS, inspections, and investigations.
- Strong construction background and minimum 4+ years of EHS experience, preferably in Data Centre or Construction Industries.
- Bachelor's degree in occupational health and safety, Environmental Science, or related field.
- In-depth understanding of Local, State, and Federal HSE Regulations and proven track record in developing and implementing HSE programs, policies, and procedures.
- Certified Safety Professional, ISO, NEBOSH, or equivalent.
