Job Title: Occupational Health Physician

At Pure Serenity Health Spa, we are seeking an experienced Occupational Health Physician to join our team. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality occupational health services to our clients and ensuring that our services meet the highest standards.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Deliver occupational health services to clients, including health surveillance, medical advice, and case management.
  • Act as an ambassador for our occupational health services and promote them to clients and stakeholders.
  • Ensure that our occupational health services are delivered in accordance with best practice and industry standards.
Specific Duties:
  • Provide medical advice to clients on disability and ill health retirement.
  • Conduct health surveillance services, including risk assessments and medical examinations.
  • Provide clinical advice to clients on fitness for work and return to work strategies.
  • Manage client relationships and communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders.
Requirements:
  • DipOccMed/AFOM/MFOM qualification or equivalent.
  • Current GMC registration and MDU restriction.
  • At least 2 years' experience in a similar role within the private sector.
  • Good understanding of employment law and health and safety regulations.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficient IT skills, including Microsoft Office.
