About Us

Marshall Motor Group stands as one of the UK's leading automotive dealer groups, representing a diverse range of renowned car, van, truck, and motorbike manufacturers through numerous dealerships across the UK.

We prioritize our people just as much as our customers. As part of the Constellation Automotive Group, which encompasses webuyanycar, cinch, and BCA, we offer vast opportunities for career development and personal growth.

The Role

We are on the lookout for a Client Relations Specialist to join our Contact Centre team. In this role, you will be pivotal in delivering exceptional service to our customers, serving as their primary point of contact for aftersales inquiries. Your responsibilities will include managing incoming calls, scheduling vehicle servicing and MOT appointments, and proactively reaching out to customers from our dealership database.

Additionally, you will have the opportunity to earn extra bonuses by recommending suitable products and ensuring a seamless customer experience, which encourages repeat business.

Who You Are

The ideal candidate will possess prior experience in customer service, whether in face-to-face or telephone roles, and thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. We value attitude over experience, so while automotive knowledge is beneficial, it is not a strict requirement.

Key Attributes We Seek:

  • Strong influencing skills with the ability to convert inquiries into bookings
  • Commitment to providing outstanding customer service to enhance customer retention
  • Excellent listening skills to accurately understand customer needs
  • Attention to detail when navigating multiple systems
  • A willingness to learn and expand product knowledge
  • Professionalism and adherence to processes and procedures
  • Tech-savvy, with confidence in using database systems

Training and Development

We believe in nurturing our talent and will invest in your career progression, provided you demonstrate a desire to grow. This position offers a fantastic opportunity to join Marshall Motor Group and evolve into a customer-facing dealership role.

Training will be conducted on a one-on-one basis at our dealership, with ongoing mentoring support throughout your initial month. You will gain comprehensive insight into the customer's aftersales journey, highlighting the significance of your role within our organization.

If you believe you fit this profile, we encourage you to consider this exciting opportunity.

Our commitment is to employ the most qualified individuals and ensure equal opportunities for advancement, including promotions and training, without discrimination based on gender, race, ethnicity, age, sexual orientation, religion, belief, or disability.
