Job Title: Employee Relations Adviser

A global leader in industrial software, AVEVA, is seeking an experienced Employee Relations Adviser to join their team. As a key member of the HR department, you will play a crucial role in delivering a highly-effective and efficient Employee Relations service to the business.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide expert advice and guidance on people-related issues to managers and other senior colleagues.
  • Build and maintain collaborative relationships with the People team and key stakeholders across the business.
  • Report on volumes and case status periodically and escalate serious issues to the local HRBP team.
  • Support the wider EMEA HR team as needed.
Essential Capabilities:
  • Excellent understanding and application of employment legislation.
  • Native or bilingual fluency in English (oral and written).
  • Strong communication and listening skills, with the ability to coach, advise, and influence managers at all levels.
  • Excellent written communication skills and ability to adapt guidance to meet the needs of the audience.
  • Ability to assess risks and make astute and fair recommendations that meet the needs of the business.
Desirable Qualifications:
  • CIPD Level 5+ qualified or working towards the qualification (or equivalent).
  • Knowledge of legislation in the Republic of Ireland.
  • Experience of working in a global business within a complex matrix organisation.
