Position: Client Relations Specialist

Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 8am-5pm or 9am-6pm

Compensation: OTE up to £28,000, with uncapped earning potential

Role Overview:

We are looking for a Client Relations Specialist to join our Contact Centre in Loughton. In this role, you will play a crucial part in delivering exceptional service to our customers and enhancing their experience with our brand. You will be the initial point of contact for our Aftersales customers, managing incoming calls and scheduling their vehicles for servicing and MOT. Additionally, you will make outbound calls, proactively engaging with customers from our dealership's database.

There is potential to earn extra bonuses by recommending appropriate products to customers and ensuring a remarkable customer journey, which encourages repeat business.

Candidate Profile:

The ideal candidate will possess prior experience in customer service, whether in a face-to-face or telephone environment, and thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven setting. We prioritize attitude over experience, so while automotive knowledge is advantageous, it is not a prerequisite.

Training and Development:
