About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Registered Mental Health Nurse to join our team at Lancashire & South Cumbria NHS Foundation Trust. As a Senior Nurse, you will be responsible for providing clinical leadership and supervision to a multidisciplinary team, ensuring high standards of patient care and well-being.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide clinical leadership and supervision to a team of mental health professionals
  • Develop and implement care plans that meet the needs of patients with complex mental health needs
  • Work closely with external agencies and community teams to ensure seamless care transitions
  • Provide advice and support to staff on mental health law and policy
  • Act as a Mental Health Nurse In Charge (MHUNIC) and support staff wellbeing
