Role Overview:
In the capacity of a Customer Support Representative, you will be essential in guaranteeing that our client's customers enjoy a smooth experience. You will serve as the initial point of contact for real estate agents and buyers, offering exceptional assistance across both technological and fully managed services. This position requires excellent communication skills, a proactive mindset, and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional customer service to agents and buyers through various communication channels.
- Quickly prioritize and address troubleshooting inquiries from customers.
- Conduct timely identity verification checks on buyers to facilitate bidding processes.
- Collaborate with the sales team to support bidders and ensure seamless transactions.

- Collect testimonials and reviews, sharing insights with the broader team.
- Guide agents and buyers in navigating our platform, promoting full utilization of its features.
- Create guides and case studies to aid agents in effectively using our services.
- Participate in and assist with marketing events as required.
