The Administrative Coordinator role:

In this position, you will manage office logistics, adhere to company policies, and support various administrative tasks.


Key responsibilities include:
  • Arranging travel logistics, including hotel bookings and vehicle rentals.
  • Processing employee expense reports.
  • Managing purchase orders and vendor invoices.
  • Issuing invoices to clients and following up on outstanding payments.
  • Maintaining the company’s training schedule and coordinating training sessions.
  • Ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.
  • Conducting internal audits for ISO compliance.
  • Assisting team members with site documentation and sales inquiries as needed.
  • Participating in interdepartmental meetings to facilitate business development.
  • Engaging in training to enhance relevant skills and knowledge.
  • Tracking and reporting on personal time and activities.

Scope and Indicators:

Our clientele includes sectors such as food production, energy generation, pharmaceuticals, petroleum, and various commercial enterprises.

This role does not require site visits.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications is essential.

Familiarity with the commercial aspects of our services will be beneficial.

The focus is primarily on the UK market, with occasional international projects.


Required skills and experience:
  • Exceptional organizational abilities.
  • Experience with Microsoft Excel.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Knowledge of UK geography is advantageous.
