Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned digital leader to play a key role in developing our eCommerce channel strategy and further strengthening our digital skills, capabilities, and infrastructure for our Western Europe Market Group.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of highly skilled regional eCommerce experts to drive commercial growth and shopper engagement.
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive eCommerce strategy to lift our e-commerce strategies and execution with our B2B customers.
  • Accountable for the execution of digital/eCommerce-related activities within the region, including content, search, performance marketing, analytics, and marketing technology.
  • Collaborate with our global eCommerce Centre of Excellence to design, run, and optimize digital shopper funnels to support our marketing strategy and drive commercial results.
  • Work closely with our global Product and Marketing Development organisation and the dedicated LEGO Agency to ensure the needs of B2B eCommerce are reflected in our Company Digital Product and Data roadmaps.

Requirements

  • Significant experience within organisations digitally focused on eCommerce sales, merchandising, and marketing for a global brand.
  • Experience in both eCommerce strategy and execution, including content, search, performance marketing, analytics, and marketing technology.
  • Expertise with business analysis and critical metric tracking within online environments.
  • Proven track record of inspiring teams to thrive within Agile ways of working and a test and learn culture.
  • Significant experience working with C-Level executives.
