Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled digital leader to play a key role in developing ecommerce channel strategy and further strengthening digital skills, capabilities, and infrastructure for one of our core Market Groups.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and inspire a team with responsibility for commercial development, digital platform, and customer site-based performance marketing, digital merchandising, retail activation, and regional customer interface.
  • Accountability for key regional ecommerce customer performance, delivery of commercial targets, and handling performance and budget trade-offs.
  • Cultivate and further develop the relationship with Amazon (both retail and ads) thinking of new and creative ways to grow a mutually beneficial partnership.
  • Input into global channel and digital shopper strategy and translate global plans into high-impact regional ecommerce strategy and execution.
  • Lead all aspects of regional ecommerce and shopper digital budgets in the market group, while delivering commercial and shopper metrics.
  • Support ecommerce teams in local BUs to ensure that they are enabled with ecommerce strategy, investment, resource, technology, and tools to deliver outstanding ecommerce execution with all of our B2B Pure Play and Omni Channel customers.
  • Empower, grow, and retain ecommerce talent by building a strong and collaborative work environment.

Requirements

  • Significant experience within organizations digitally focused on ecommerce sales, merchandising, and marketing for a global brand.
  • Experience in both ecommerce strategy and execution, including content, search, performance marketing, analytics, and marketing technology.
  • Expertise with business analysis and critical metric tracking within online environments.
  • Significant experience in global and/or regional project management and implementation, including with remote teams.
  • Proven track record of inspiring teams to thrive within Agile ways of working and a test-and-learn culture.
  • Significant experience working with C-Level executives.
