Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned digital leader to play a key role in developing ecommerce channel strategy and further strengthening digital skills, capabilities, and infrastructure for one of our core Market Groups.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of highly skilled regional eCommerce experts to execute digital/eCommerce-related activities within the region.
  • Accountable for the execution of digital/eCommerce-related activities within the region and responsible for the digital shopper team's development.
  • Design, run, and optimize digital shopper funnels to support the marketing strategy defined with our regional marketing team to drive commercial results.
  • Work closely with our global eCommerce Centre of Excellence, global Product and Marketing Development organisation, and the dedicated LEGO Agency to ensure the needs of B2B eCommerce are reflected in the Company Digital Product and Data roadmaps.
  • Enabling your team and the larger regional commercial organisation by innovating our digital shopper strategy and ecommerce execution, you will generate impact and value for our customers and shoppers.

Requirements

  • Significant experience within organisations digitally focused on eCommerce sales, merchandising, and marketing for a global brand.
  • Experience in both eCommerce strategy and execution, including content, search, performance marketing, analytics, and marketing technology.
  • Expertise with business analysis and critical metric tracking within online environment.
  • Significant experience in global and/or regional project management and implementation, including with remote teams.
  • Proven track record of inspiring teams to thrive within Agile ways of working and a test and learn culture.
  • Significant experience working with C-Level executives.
