Job Summary: As a key member of our team, you will take on a leadership role in ensuring the operational standards, health & safety, and commercial performance of the club are maintained at the highest level.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operational Excellence: Utilise key data to personalise the member experience and ensure the club meets the highest standards of cleanliness, vibe, and operational standards.
  • Team Management: Maintain regular communication with new starters, at-risk members, and those who have booked onboarding sessions, and manage and optimise all attrition tools, coaching, and delivering throughout the wider team.
  • Member Feedback: Ensure professional management of member feedback and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Team Training and Development:
    • Provide comprehensive training to the team to deliver exceptional service and ensure team adherence to company policies and procedures.
  • Retail Management:
    • Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in the club and ensure all staff are clear on their responsibilities and tasks per shift.
    • Deliver duty management with 100% consistency, including opening/closing duties and compliance.
