Job Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Parts Advisor to join our VW Commercial Dealership in Droitwich. The successful candidate will be responsible for supplying VW parts to the general public, trade customers, and our own workshops.
Key Responsibilities
- Pre-picking parts for workshop job cards, picking parts for customer orders, and checking availability of stock from various enquiries.
- Developing customer relationships through providing good product knowledge and creating an effective first impression.
- Ensuring consumables and service parts are regularly replenished, providing a swift service to our workshop and other departments as well as our trade/retail customers.
- Handling warranty claims processing (relating to parts issues) and completing all relevant administration promptly and accurately.
- Developing knowledge of our premium VW products to understand the purpose of vehicle parts and how they function.
About You
- We are looking for someone with previous experience working as a parts advisor within a dealership or you will have gained motor factor knowledge in a similar role with another franchise or specialist parts company.
- However, if you have a good understanding of cars & the ability to learn, we are happy to train the right candidate.
- The ability to quickly establish and build rapport with our customers.
- You should be proactive; sales driven and maintain an outstanding level of customer service.
- You must have excellent communication & organisational skills while working well in a fast-paced environment.
