Key Responsibilities:- Provide individualized support to students with Autism, helping them to reach their academic and personal goals.
- Assist the class teacher in managing classroom behavior, preparing lessons, and maintaining a tidy learning environment.
- Support students with learning difficulties, helping them to stay on track with their tasks and achieve their full potential.
- Work collaboratively with the teaching team to develop and implement individualized education plans.
- Experience working with children, particularly those with Autism, is desirable but not essential.
