Job Title: Graduate Counsellor

We are seeking a highly motivated and empathetic Graduate Counsellor to join our dynamic team at The Portfolio Group. As a Graduate Counsellor, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional mental health support to individuals, working closely with our experienced team to deliver high-quality services.

About the Role:
  • Deliver effective counselling services to clients, providing a safe and non-judgmental space for them to explore their mental health concerns.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to develop and implement individualized support plans, ensuring the best possible outcomes for clients.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance your skills and knowledge in counselling and mental health.
  • Contribute to the growth and development of our team, sharing your expertise and ideas to improve our services.

Requirements:
  • Minimum BACP Accredited Degree or Diploma Level 4 in Counselling & minimum of 100 counselling hours.
  • Great communication and customer service skills.
  • High level of organisational ability; ability to multitask.
  • Be able to work towards deadlines and be motivated by targets.
  • High level of computer literacy.
  • Ability to work with telephony and CRM systems.
