CI Manager Job Description

**About the Role**

Our client, a well-established and reputable manufacturer, is seeking a CI Manager to support them in improving processes across their manufacturing operations. The company is keen to adopt best practices and has an overarching Lean framework within their parent business to support this role in implementing and developing company operations.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Challenge existing processes and gather data to inform improvement opportunities
* Develop change initiatives linked to their delivery
* Determine and introduce training/development initiatives as required to further the site's capabilities
* Design and support implementation projects where process improvement is in scope

**Requirements**

* Background in manufacturing or industrial engineering or similar/formal Lean training
* Experience in capex justification and project delivery
