Job Summary

We are seeking dedicated and compassionate individuals to join our team at St Elizabeth's as Care and Support Workers. As a key member of our staff, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to children and young people with complex needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide daily care and living support, including personal care, to ensure the well-being and dignity of our residents.
  • Promote independence and learning, encouraging our residents to reach their full potential.
  • Develop and implement personalized care plans, working closely with our multidisciplinary team.
  • Ensure a safe, secure, and clean home environment, adhering to our high standards of care.
  • Prepare and cook meals, taking into account individual dietary needs and preferences.
  • Administer medication, following our established protocols and procedures.

Requirements

  • Passion for supporting children and young people to achieve their goals and aspirations.
  • Previous experience in care or education, although not essential, as we provide comprehensive training and support.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with our residents, families, and colleagues.
  • Ability to work flexibly, including evenings, weekends, and bank holidays, as required.
