Opportunity Overview

We are seeking compassionate and dedicated individuals to join our team as Care & Support Workers. In this role, you will play a vital part in creating a nurturing and supportive environment where children can thrive and reach their full potential.

  • Your Responsibilities:
  • Provide personalized care and support to children on a daily basis.
  • Foster independence and encourage learning through engaging activities.
  • Organize and facilitate enjoyable leisure and social activities.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for the children.
  • Prepare nutritious meals and assist with feeding as needed.
  • Administer medication according to prescribed guidelines.

Qualifications:

We are looking for individuals who demonstrate:

  • A genuine passion for working with children and a commitment to their well-being.
  • Patience, empathy, and excellent communication skills.
  • The ability to work effectively as part of a team.
